Some pretty interesting choices here.  I don't much care for chocolate, but I like when it's paired with beer or super sweet wines (like muscat, etc.).

Wow, that all sounds darn good. I did the Stone beer and chocolate thing last year with Chuao chocolate, highly recommended if you can manage to get spaces.
